South Dallas Home Has Sewage Water Pour Into First Floor Living Room
SERVPRO of Dallas Central was called to a South Dallas home to clean up and dry out a dirty situation. A toilet on the second floor of the home flooded a good portion of the second floor before dumping into several areas of the first floor, mainly the living room. The affected area was located and marked using a thermal camera. The drywall, baseboards and floor of these affected areas were removed. Air scrubbers, air movers and dehumidifiers were placed to dry out the structure along with antimicrobial thoroughly applied to the area several times.
