Cedars Townhouse has Roof Leak Affecting all 4 Levels
One of the new, hot areas to live in, The Cedars, has a lot of new townhouse properties. Unfortunately, many of the new townhouses we see are not being built very well. Within a year of moving in, a bad roof installation caused water damage to each level of one of the units. SERVPRO of Dallas Central was on the scene to extract the carpeted areas and dry everywhere. The wood floors ran throughout much of the home with swath of them needing to be replaced. Due to outside facing walls that contain insulation that holds water & moisture, some walls had to be cut into and insulation removed. The customer was extremely happy with our quick response, constant communication and keeping his home clean during the process.
